Healthy diets are a key requirement for losing weight and keeping it off. While many diets are restrictive in requiring you to give up the sweets and treats that give your mood a boost, some modern nutrition experts are challenging this model.

Setting extreme dieting targets is a sure fire way to disrupt your daily life, ruin your mood and fail to stick to it in the long run.
